Black women in general are intelligent, strong minded and bossy in a relationship. If you don't believe me, ask any black man who has been with both a white woman and a black woman. A man who likes to dominate a woman and be the boss, should not get involved with a black woman. (She might kick his butt.)

But a man who wants a woman to take charge, would do well with a black woman. She will take great care of him.

That's just my experience. It does not apply to everyone.

I don't think it would be a good idea to tell a guy you wanted a date because he was white, because he could think you are dating him only because of his colour and not because you want to date him. Probably better to keep that to yourself as one of your preferences in the type of guy you would like to find, and you look for him in the same way as you would look for any guy. This is just my opinion.

Why does he have to notice you? If you notice him, introduce yourself and go from there.
