2. that her dragon would never allow its gold to be invested in Zee's Pub.

Wonder how our resident dragon is doing?.....Anywho time for me to "brew" some coffee and get to some business.

When I saw him last, the dragon was enjoying all of the renovations to his lair, which I made happen before I started the renovations to Zee's Pub.

Dave.. trust me.. you have not me our dragon.. he's not been in for some time as he's out scrounging for food.. and his lair is hidden from those he does not know or trust.. so I don't know WHO'S lair you're pilfering from OR WHAT dragon you've seen.. but it is NOT our Karma Fury!!!

and while we're on the subject.. what was wrong with the heated Olympic size pool we alREADY have???

Meet my friend Cloudling, whom I met during my trip to the Orient to study dragons.



Cloudling surprised me because she immediately saw through my human guise. Being that I wasn't really a human, Cloudling was willing to share with me some knowledge about shape-shifting dragons.

1. Dragons get lonely for their own kind. Even the most dangerous ones yearn to be loved by another dragon.

2. Dragons scrounge for food only when necessary. They prefer to obtain food through the easiest means available.

3. Dragons can't eat gold, and they can't use it to stay warm on the coldest of nights. Dragons use gold for buying things just as humans do.

4. Dragons vary in ethnicity. Whereas Western dragons are reluctant to interact with humans, Eastern dragons tend to have a symbiotic relationship with humans.

I asked Cloudling how she was able to see through my human guise. She then revealed to me that she was in human guise, too.

In order to blend in with humans, she assumes this human form:

My friend Cloudling asked me why I was so interested in shape-shifting dragons. So, I told her about Karma Fury.

Cloudling believed that Karma was grumpy because he was lonely for a dragon companion. So, Cloudling decided to visit Karma.

Well, Cloudling was right about Karma being lonely. So, now the two of them are together, which is why Karma agreed to the renovation of his lair.

Meanwhile, while I was excavating the area for the new diving pool (which has to be deeper than an Olympic swimming pool), I discovered this:



It was filled with gold nuggets. Carbon dating revealed that the chest had been buried some time during the mid 1800s.

That gold is what is paying for all of the renovations, as well as for the new staff. Karma is now guarding the gold that I discovered.

Meanwhile, I am using some gold from Melmac to pay for a herd of cattle that Cloudling is going to attend to when she is in human form. The cattle is going to be used as a food supply for Karma and Cloudling.

Once the renovations to Zee's Pub are complete, the Pub will be much more profitable, meaning that Zee will make more $$$.

While all of this about dragons is interesting, I am going to scarf down that chow!! Thanks zee!

Well Dodo, since I took the time to read all that information about the dragon, do I get a certificate of completion or something? But boy am I glad you brought cows to the dragon instead of letting them eat the buffet Zee set up for us
