When I delete 1 message . It deletes all for some reason. Mobile site

There is a select all box above the delete selected button on the mobile site. You may have hit that by mistake. I've done it but it will only delete the ones on that page.

I know that. I checked the top message. And I make sure not to hit check all. Still deletes all tho and sometimes leaves 1 message.

Ja,I have this too..I delete a msg,and I actually get a"deleted" resonse,but the mail is still there!!

Thanks for your patience, guys. I think what is happening is that when you delete email on the mobile site, you delete all messages from that thread. The mobile site may be different from the full site in certain functionality, and this would be one of the differences.
*edit* Newbiechick, I'm not sure what is going on in your account, but we can test it if you give me a specific email to delete. |
