Just a little something for anyone who believes "Pagan" does not mean "sacred" ------- One day two Lakota braves were out hunting. A beautiful woman could be seen approaching the braves from a distance. One of the braves felt immediate and total lust for this woman; the other bowed his head and lowered his eyes, as she appeared to be a sacred being to him. The lust filled brave approached the woman and she opened the blanket she had draped around her and welcomed him to her enshrouding them both within the blanket. When the woman opened the blanket back up, all that remained of the brave was dust and bones. The woman proceeded to tell the remaining brave to go and tell his people of her approach, she had much to teach the Lakota regarding the sacred pipe she brought from the Great Mystery and how they should pray. This is the beginning of the story of White Buffalo Calf Woman. Admittedly, a woman can be a "Goddess on her knees", as the song implies - little tip though: How you approach her can also determine if she will fulfill your greatest fantasy or your worst nightmare.
