Yeah, I'm suffering from the same thing at the mo. Was painting this afternoon and all the time thinking about someone that pissed me off. Total insanity, hours on end, but I couldn't stop it, which pissed me off even more, hahaha. Self-chastisement, that's what it is. I'm gonna look up on what exactly is building up at the mo (to do with the 21-12 portal activation at hand). Usually helps me when I know what's going on. |

Good idea. I think a lot of people might be overly pissy because of the holidays, too. That seems to have an effect on those who are upset because they're alone or stressed.
