Hey good people? im just curious about HIV / STI testing in relationships? when do you ask your girl / man to go and get tested? thanks for sharing!

Good question. Kind of depends what you do, but for me absolutely when things get serious and you want to have completely unprotected sex, as in WITH birth-control but without condom.

you should ask for that every time you are about to have a full relationship , but be aware , in some cases the one may get a negative result although he/she carries the HIV virus , so you'd better make sure that 6 months passed without physical contact before asking partner to do the test . (6 months is the maximum period of time required for the virus to start appearing in the result as "positive" )
