Get them their own piece of fruit! Slowly move it towards the door after a little while... Once your at the door- move the fruit outside!!!

Ok this really works.....
Boil several pans of water.. then pour it down your drains when the gnats are the least active.. You have to do all the drains in your house so don't forget the washtub.. One pan per drain.. wait three days and repete and they will be gone

ive founda solution it works great nad fast..spray the ****ers with windex in one day i got control of my kitchen
