A year ago I could barley walk 100 feet with out resting. Tonight I walked 2 miles.

Thanks everyone. I did stop and rest, but It was an awesome accomplishment. I'm so proud of myself.

Hi Penny! I just want to say how inspiring your post have been to me. Ive been over weight all my life and as far as looks I was okay with it. Now I realize its not just about apearence, I need to be healthy. For me and my children. Thanks again and keep up the great work!!!
