Topic: Weight training suppliments

Currently using x2 40g whey protein shakes (diced banana through it) and creatine tablets each day. Doing at least 45 mins to an hour in the gym 5 days a week.

Any suggestions on any other suppliments that are good? Weight is sitting at just under 13st right now, but want to get back up to 14 again and im happy.

NOT interested in steroids BTW laugh laugh

Just eat whatever you want and train hard. Only women worry about what they eat. Feminism and cultural marxism is emasculating the male population. And it is becoming a very serious problem throughout the western world.

L-Glutamine is an amino acid that is usually in a good protein powder, but usually in a small dose, I add additional Glutamine to my shakes.

Try mixing baby kale and spinach in with the shake (if using a blender with blades that'll chop it up). Kale is packed full of nutrients, it's a superfood.

Omega 3 fish oils. Just something the body needs.

A good comprehensive multi-vitamin.

I could go on and on about many supplements. What you take really depends on your fitness goal, whether it's to lean down, build mass, cardio ... etc.

yeah just building mass mate.

Yeah i take cod liver oil tablets daily to get my Omega 3 fish oils. Thanks for the tip on L-Glutamine, ill look into that :thumbsup:

Realy just need to get back into the habit of eating lots again but its easier said than done rofl
