you go by bust hip ratio.... hip and bust must be equal in size to be considered feminine although this is just an opinion in the media the fact most women cannot fit this description. Waist must be smaller. that is why varies in sizes some women have bigger hips waits bust etc. I have big hips so my ratio is probably not what media would consider feminine. That has a lot to do with various sizes in clothes.

well lol you just have to try on a lot of clothes. A lot os sizes are not the same size in every company. You may be a size 9 in one pair of pants from a certain company and you try on a 9 in another brand and they wont fit. Different Companies don't go buy the same measurements. To them a 9 could actually be a 7 in another companies brand
