Viv I am sorry about your friend. Hope you are ok. Thank you Betts...he, his wife and I had been friends for 45 yrs..our children were practically raised together...they both died 3 months apart....it has not been an easy time.

Wow Viv that's really a tough thing to deal with. Death is such a miserable part of life.

Oh yea.... I wasn't sure about posting a pic of my new grandbaby. But someone e-mailed me. So after thinking about it, I figured I'd post it here. instead of the well wishes. The pervs don't usually lurk in here do they? He's my first and I'm so proud of the little buggar. He mostly looks like his mommy, but there's a hint of my side and his daddy in there.... you just need to close your eyes half way and compare pics to old ones I have of his daddy as a baby I FOUND IT.. finally.. Jemare.. he's beautiful.. simply gorgeous.. congrats again my dear "grandma"

Monday morning & a beautiful one it is! In the old money, it's about 75 degrees, some air & much blue sky. Not to shabby for 9.22am !!
