OP, what's the point of this thread? The point, as I read it, is to throw out a blanket reason for obesity by blaming it on eating too much and exercising too little because he sees himself as an authority on the subject....Truth is, he is only addressing the tip of the iceberg while appearing pretty ill informed on the "whole" subject....I notice in his profile he says he is an occasional smoker...So much for our fitness guru...
