What's the first thing people notice about you? Well how the heck do I know? Am I a mind reader? You'd have to ask them! 
But really, right now it's that I'm limping around like an idiot with arms flailing trying to walk on a broken foot. Pretty hard to notice anything else but that! 
Normally it's my blue eyes. Or that I'm a sarcastic jerk. Depends on whether I open my mouth or not.
