I have made lasagna many times without noodles.
I use thin-sliced, length-cut zucchini as a replacement :-) You use it the same way, but compensate slightly moisture-wise has it has more than noodles. Maybe extra parmesan between layers, or less sauce. |

I have made what is called 'Mexican Lasagna'. It is layers or corn tortillas, beans/onion/garlic, (meats if you like) and different cheeses. VERY good :-) I don't have any actual recipes for you Queene as I usually make up stuff in flight :-) |

Soufie's right...Zuchinni lasagne. Although I did cut it thin but not length wise. I fan layered it. I'll have to try the length wise for myself one day. The bonus is it's healthier and less calories. I have made it before and really liked it. Unfortunately the family didn't. But definitely worth the try for you.

Hello Dear lady. I have sent you mail.

Google: Moussaka. It's like lasagne but no pasta, uses eggplant instead. I like it maybe you will?

Lasenga Pizza!
All you'd have to do is make pizza crust or buy one, and use the heated tomato sauce/beef combo as well as whatever other ingrediants you use to make lasenga, and then put the cheese on top of it and then put it in the oven and make sure the oven is turned on at about 350 degrees or so. After about 15 minutes or so take it out and slice it up and there you'll have a delicious Lasenga Pizza to serve. No noodles involved. I just thought of this idea just now. I haven't actually tried it but I imagine that it would taste brilliant. |

I haven't actually tried it but I imagine that it would taste brilliant. 1 lb ground beef 8 ounces tomato sauce 1/4 cup water 1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope spaghetti sauce mix, divided 16 ounces hot roll mix 1 cup warm water (120 degrees) 12 ounces small curd cottage cheese 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz) Directions: 1 In large skillet, cook beef until no longer pink; drain. Stir in tomato sauce, water and 3 tablespoons spaghetti sauce mix; heat through. 2 In a large bowl, combine contents of flour and yeast packets from hot roll mix; add remaining spaghetti sauce mix. (This seemed like not enough dough and I opted to use my own dough adding the spaghetti sauce mix to that) and you could probably use a premade crust also. 3 if using the hot roll mix; Stir in warm water until dough pulls away from sides of bowl. Turn onto a lightly floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. or prepare your own dough. 4 Roll into a 17" X 12" rectangle. Transfer to a greased 15" X 10" x 1" baking pan; build up edges slightly. 5 spread cottage cheese over dough. Top with meat mixture and parmesan cheese. 6 Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake 5 minutes more til cheese it melted. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. I'll have to try making that sometime. I might get tomato sauce everywhere though. It will likely be a very messy job. |

Baked Chicken!
This is super easy and you are TOTALLY going to love it! Place thawed chicken breast tenderloin strips in a bowl of milk. Let soak for 20-30 min. Mix in a Gallon Size Ziploc or Large Bowl: 1/2 tsp. Salt 1 T Season All 3/4 tsp Pepper 1 cup Flour (can use panko flakes but crush then fine) 2 tsp. Paprika Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut 1/2 stick of butter into a few pieces and place in a 9x13 pan. Melt butter in pre-heated oven. Spread melted butter around the bottom of the pan. Lightly spray the pan, if needed, to make sure that there are no dry spots. Shake excess milk off of chicken and completely coat each piece with the seasoning mix. You can either shake the chicken in the bag, until coated, or dip each piece in the bowl until coated. Place each piece of chicken in the pan. Cook for 20 min. Turn each piece of chicken and continue cooking for 20 more minutes, or until cooked through. ENJOY! |
