Lol. I just ended it with a guy cause I could tell he wanted space. I didn't want him to agree but he gave me the old line well we can just be friends. Those lines really hurt don't they

Maybe he wants time to do his own thing without always having to have his girl around. Maybe shes in his face too much Maybe he needs to step back for awhile and evaluate his feelings for his girl Maybe he wants his freedom to date Maybe she should just ask him WTF he means by THAT!

Yes, it means get outta my hip pocket... Asking what he means is probably best. Some can be very valid reasons and others may not be. Either way, expectations can be different for each and it sounds like some clarification is in order. Get some.
