Totally much better than the last couple of days. Just maimed my drum kit, needed to get some frustration out of my system. Probably sounded like crap, but boy, did it feel good!

I saw some had a hard time during Christmas, depression and such. It can be a weird time and if we stay stuck it can be a real drag. I don't have an answer, but maybe a thought. If you get a chance try to step outside of yourself and do something that focuses on others. Sometimes we have more to give to another than we think and the returns of giving is usually bigger than our pain. I have found that manytimes my pain is self inflicted or there to get me to open my eyes to do something important or meaningful for someone else. For those who can't get out no matter what you try, I offer you my love and thoughts. It may not be the biggest present on the planet but it comes wrapped with care. hoping a smile is right around the corner from you sometimes a smile is the biggest present in the world :-)
