i thank all of you guys for being sweet or nice. i have a lawyer who is talking to me now and they say i have a good case against her. and they are going to work with me on my payments so i dont have to come up with it all at once.

go thumper.Dad's have rights to and the courts forget that.
I must ask though,did you abuse your wife while married or is she just one of the spiteful *****es that give the rest of us a bad name..

no i never hurt her, all i did was work to provide for us, and she never thought it was enough. i would work 14-18 days to provide for us and she never appriciated it. thats why if a woman dosent have a job, i ask why. i wont be with a lazy person. i cant handle them. i am always on the move and stay busy.

well thumper i work but 14 hrs a day is to much for me...My son is a full time job in himself.

right now until i get her back around i have to keep my mind off it by working and playing football, if not i would go insane. and i dont think it would take much. but ima keep on trucking till i get her back in my arms.

HI sweetie,Prayers I'll give you,as well as some advice,Very important 1.Keep detailed records,I mean of everything emails,letters,record phone calls,I don't think you have to tell her that shes being recored,But not sure,about that one check it out,Write evertything down,everything she says does doesn't do etc.2.You may be able to go and get her on contempt of court.If she has not been compling you should.3.Get a lawyer..I've had to fight the good fight before.And it took awhile but I won.Anymore ? just email them to me. shes getting scared now cause the shark i hired is smelling blood and aiming at her ass,, so its about to be on. im just waiting on a court date right now

look toward the future and what rewards you will reap with self control i know its hard but try i have had my moments where i wanted to fix everything with a xtreme measure of violence but it dont work that way anymore the courts love self control

like ive already said,, if i had my way about it she would never be found. but i cant do that, and wont due to my daughter.

this is the sweetest thing i think... i wish my dad cared about me like that... i know its a pain in the ass but i would suggest contacting a lawer.... for custody or to enforce what you already have arranged

Thumper, I wish you luck in what must be your LEGAL endeavor to get access to your daughter. This is a right you have that will be enforced if you use the appropriate legal channels, which it sounds like you are beginning to.

Please do youself a favor, and NEVER express any sentiment toward your ex that might suggest you are a violent person. NEVER! You are doing yourself a great disservice by putting these sentiments in print, especially on an open forum, particularly since I doubt/hope you would never really act that way. Think of your daughter. How might she feel if she saw those statements at some later point? And what might your ex do with them even now?

the only time anyone sees me violent is when i am on the football field. thats where i take my anger and frustration out on someone who can handle it. and i do it without the possiblility of going to jail. but i know the lawyer is smelling blood and i think shes gonna regret ever crossing me.
