Topic: Two Visits to Urgent Care in a Week UGH

Hi Everyone, I am feeling mighty crummy. I was in Urgent Care because of my diminished lung capacity earlier when I couldn't breathe and had to get a breathing treatment. Today, I was back AGAIN because my bipolar medication dehydrates me and it's in the triple digits here and I did not drink enough water and I have a killer kidney infection. My left side really hurts. I don't feel good. WAH. Terri

try drinking a couple ice cold bottles of flavored pedialite It always works for me... Hope you feel better soon

Yeah, the heat was really bad here today, T. It's supposed to be worse this weekend. Make sure you drink a lot of water. (((Hugs)))

You need water for your lungs as well. I don't want bad stuff happening to you so, do what you know you need to do to stay kickin.
