I like jam bands... widespread panic, slightly stoopid to name a few. But I also love country.... I like everything.

I like all types of music except twangy country, and NO opera. I even like new-age...David Lanz especially. I would not give you 2 cents for Yanni or John Tesh even.
It always depends on my mood...what I'm listening to and that is forever changing lately.... |

Personally they should enact truth in advertising laws, and put the letter "c" in front of Rap .

sweetnsexy--you are right about the classic funk, etc. Also, has there ever been a group better than the temptations? I like oldies, except when it is nothing but the beach boys, the rolling stones, the beatles, rod stewart, and diana ross. There *were* other groups back then, you know.

for the most part i'd definitely say classic rock. i love stuff with all kinds of back grounds (funk, folk, and rock mostly).
led zeppelin  , pink floyd, the beatles , jimi hendrix, CCR, simon and garfunkel, the doors, the who, jefferson airplane, earth wind and fire, styx, the beach boys, otis redding , bob marley, buffalo springfield, the mamas and the papas, the rolling stones, blondie, .. i could go on and on!!!
just beautiful music.
