If you are married and you and your spouse are separated, for months or even a few years but he/she is having affairs, with whomever comes along their way. Should you consider yourself still in a "marriage"? Would this be a situation,in which you take them for better or worse? How does Jesus say we are to treat our spouse in Ephesians 5 chapter? Is a separation really a part of a marriage?

Absolutely not, once your spouse is unfaithful you are allowed to get a divorce.

Matthew 5:32 But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery.

I know Jesus is talking about the woman there, but it has to apply to both parties.
