Topic: If you love him, set him free | |
---|---|
You think you met the perfect man for you and you want it to last forever. Yet he does not want to commit and he wants distance when you mention a future together.
If you love someone, set him free. If people are meant to be in our lives, they will return of their own volition. Remember, if it is God's will, it will happen! If it is not God's will, it's better for you to find out early in the game so you can be free to receive the person God has chosen for you. It's important to understand that God is not going to make a man fall in love with you. God will simply allow the circumstances of the man's life to reveal what is already in his heart. |

If one person does not want a mate to come back, then there is little chance that relationship will work out. It has to be two of the same mind to work together.

There is that great quote from Shakespeare, "A young man married is a young man marred."
It is important to know when someone does not love you and so be wise enough to walk away. There is another great quote from Shakespeare, "Love is blind and lovers cannot see the follies they themselves commit." Another is, "Love is a madness." Is it not the case. Are we not temporary insane when in love? There is also, "The course of true love never did run smooth." Love is a beautiful thing but it is not something to give yourself over to lightly. It can blind you and possess you like madness. You can truly love someone without them truly living you. That's where wisdom born from experience can only save you. |
