What does "Last seen over a month ago" mean?

the person has not logged in in a month or more.

It can read "Last seen *hours ago, *days ago, *weeks
ago or over a month ago."

If it shows nothing, they are in 'Stealth' mode :-)

A lot of people will wait until they get a notification
(email, nudge favorite, etc.) to return, if they
have interest.
