Mike actually Rasputin was a monk not a Tsar. He never held power but did have political sway with members of the royal family and I believe he was murdered for his efforts if I am not mistaken.

C'mon "garden'!!! I stand up for my friends!!! I'm straight with them!!! When they write on target, I applaud. When they write WAY OFF target, I feel I owe my friends the gift of being honest with them.
