this just happened, so it is being updated Dozens of people have been seriously injured after two reported explosions at the finish line of the Boston Marathon. The Boston Globe cited witnesses who reported hearing two large explosions shortly before 3 p.m. ET. The Associated Press reported at least one of the explosions came near the entrance of the Fairmont Copley Hotel. Yahoo News is tracking the latest developments in the live blog below. Boston police said on Monday that there was at least one explosion near 673 Boylston Street near the finish line of the Boston Marathon, Reuters report. "There was an explosion, police, fire and EMS are on the scene. We have no indication of how many people are injured," a police spokeswoman. The explosion occurred as thousands of runners finished the 117th running of the Boston Marathon, with crowds watching and cheering at the finish.

Are you sure it wasn't some people from a certain country beginning with two letters NK that could have planted them there? too small, too hidden,,,,,such a statement would probably not have been hidden or not IMMEDIATELY claimed and used as political ammunition
