What's the strangest dream you ever had? So strange that you couldn't forget..

Funny you should ask that question????

I was taking that new med. Chantix to help quit smoking and they said one of the side effects was to have strange dreams. I not only had dreams I had nightmares. Every nightmare I had, dealt with something about my son who died 6 years ago. It was terrible...like I was re-living everything all over again, I finally had to stop taking the stuff, unfortunatly still smoking but I will quit!!!!!

I wouldnt want to subject you guys to it!!!!

Sometimes dreams can feel so REAL, it's like you don't realize you're dreaming or asleep UNTIL you wake up.

I wasn't on medication but recently I dreamed that my older brother committed suicide. It had to do a lot with my mother's recent passing.

I didn't realize I was dreaming until I woke up. I was that DEEP into my sleep. It was like it was actually happening in that very moment..present time.

Hard to explain..

sorry for not clarifying. I would have too. I was emphasizing I understand because I had a similar experience.

i have dreams where im falling alot..but most of the time i forgot what i dreamed..

I understood what you meant, no need for clairification. Everybody is different when it comes to meds. I just wasn't a good candidate for it. For some it works really well.

I hope your dream about your brother wasn't as bothersome to you as mine was about my son.

Although I don't know how your dream about your son was, the dream about my brother was horrible because it was VERY realistic and personal.

oh wow that is scarey....

mine was pretty realistic too...it was everything re-lived up to the day he died. I woke up crying, gasping for my breath, trembling...it was pretty bad. I made up my mind right then and there to get off those medication. A week later my Dr. told me it was probably a good idea that I had.

I often dream about worries or insecurities. So real..

One time I had a dream about my TINY gap in my front teeth. I was looking in the mirror and all the sudden it was HUGE. My dad told me once that as you AGE your gap SPREADS wider.

He had gigantic wide two front teeth. He got braces..but when he was younger, he was advised to do it in your 20's so that your teeth don't grow wider.

my teeth are a little wider than they used to be.

i dont remember my dreams

all i know is i hate getting up cuz thats when the bed is most comofortable

I was being chased around my grandfather's garage by Wyatt Earp's car. How did I know it was Wyatt Earp's car? I was 5. When you're 5, anything seems possible. :)

I have a recurring dream where my brother and I are children and we are on a family vacation in a station wagon and the car breaks down. We go exploring while our parents fix the car/ wait for help (that part is vague). We go through some woods near the highway and find underground tunnels- like some kind of storm tunnels- and we decide to explore. But someone comes behind us and whispers down the tunnel that he is coming to kill us. We look at each other, our faces ugly with fear, and then we both turn and run down the tunnel away from the noises.

After that it's pretty much just running away and awful noises behind us (weird breathing, crazy mumbling, etc.) and sometimes one or the other of us slips and falls and we try to help each other up.

I always wake up sweating. My brother died ~5 months ago. But I had this dream for several years.

anoasis wow.. did you ever get a chance to tell your brother? I'm assuming this dream was after his death.

Which one of you fell or slipped? Was it your brother?
