HOW DO I IM?
First, you must have YOUR 'Instant Messaging' turned ON: http://mingle2.com/user/enable_im (Or >>My Account>>Settings>>Turn ON IM) Then you would go to the profile of the person with whom you wish to chat. Under their picture there is an orange button 'Instant Message' which you would click on and the request to Instant Message is sent. If there is no orange button labeled 'Instant Message' it could mean one of two things. The person does NOT have 'Instant Messaging' turned ON. (In which case you could email them and request they turn it ON.) Or, the person is in 'Stealth Mode.' http://mingle2.com/user/toggle_stealth_mode |

I have done this, but all my pics coming in sideways. How can I fix this. They aren't sideways in my camera roll. And I tried rotating them but it doesn't work. They still come in sideways no matter what direction they are when I send them.

They still come in sideways no matter what direction they are when I send them. Sideways Pictures I find that can happen when your pic is wider than it is tall. You can pre-edit it at http://www.photobucket.com which is FREE. I personally use the FREE http://www.irfanview.com which I uploaded to my pc, now every pic that pops up on my pc comes with an 'edit' bar which includes a rotate option. I understand you can also rotate it on a smartphone. In any event, they must be edited BEFORE uploading to M2. |

What size does it have to be?

What size does it have to be? Picture Size: Mark's quote on picture file size: "When it comes to uploading images to a Mingle2 account, the actual file size is almost unlimited. The number of pixels in the image, however, is limited to 10 million. In other words, the product of width*length must not exceed 10000000. Pictures should be in .gif, .jpg, or .bmp format." |

There's nothing happening and I'm almost to the point where ill just deleat the whole profile There is no APP. Copy and Paste: 1) You highlight (looks like you know that part) what you want to copy. (Highlight by dragging the cursor over the material you wish to highlight..left-mouse click.) 2) You left-click over the highlighted words. 3) Then you 'Copy' from the drop-down menu that will appear after step 2.(left-click it.) 4) This places the copied material to your whiteboard, think of it as a memo-pad, waiting for you to 'Paste' it somewhere. 5) Paste it by left-clicking where you want it to go, then right-click to produce the drop-down menu, left-click on 'Paste.' The copied material is now where you pasted it. |
