ya dear its true.it happens....whn i opned ma eyes i start loving a women...at first sight....<mother> aww, that's so sweet! never thought of it that way.. I love my mom too! lol.. I love my mom too, but I think of that as more of a result of her being a physical part of me and me being physically connected to her for 9 months before I ever experienced the world I dont quite think of it as the same as a first encounter,,me and my mom build our relationship for nine months before that time,,, |

Do you believe at Love at first sight? What are you're feelings on this? I believe it does exist, too many people have experienced it for it not to. |

From eye contact to sex.

I don't believe.in love at first sight, but think that if you happen to fall in love with someone who you shared an instant and deep attraction with, and on meeting had an instant and mutual interest in, you will both probably call it love at first sight when you tell the story...you may even believe you knew ot was destined. Personally I think you were just incredibly lucky to fall for someone that made you overdose on endorphins at first sight.

The task of making sense of ourselves and our behavior requires that we acknowledge there can be as much value in the blink of an eye as in months of rational analysis.

Do you believe at Love at first sight? What are you're feelings on this? Once I did. Now I believe in lust at first sight. It think it takes more than a cover to read a book and only by perusing the pages can you unravel the plot and assess its worthiness. |

I believe that the only true love at first sight I've seen is a mom setting her eyes for the first time on her newborn.

I don't believe there is love at first sight. Attraction or lust, yes, but not love. Love is something created when you trust and respect someone. I don't think that one can build that in one look in a romantic sense.

yes, if love can happen in first sight, then quite good luck you have.. otherwise you may have to wait for the second sight

Absolutely I do, sometimes you just know. It's not usually just the physical attraction, usually it is also something magnetic that draws you to that person. You may not know what it is or when it will happen. It is true love. I wholeheartedly believe that.
Then again, I am a hopeless romantic. |

I don't believe in love at first sight...it's more like lust at first sight. Loving someone by just seeing them isn't love. You have to meet and get to know the person and see how they are on the inside. If you go by looks alone, you are only judging the individual by their outer image and ignoring their possible inner beauty. Take the time to get to know them. Peace and love to everyone :)

Nop,but I believe in love at second sight.
BTW...recently a just married couple occupied the apartment next to my door, both seems very happy with their married life but what I felt sad about the couple is their blindness...both are blind....they love each other so much that I don't believe any more in love at first sight!! |

Do you believe at Love at first sight? What are you're feelings on this? I have read of many accounts of it both by the authors and by others who saw it happen to their friends when introduced to someone they later married. I have no reason to doubt that for some very fortunate individuals, it does exist. It does give others hope to go on... |

True story here.
A friend of mine walks into an Ingles market one day to buy groceries. The day was no different than any other day. As he is walking down canned food isle, He looks up from the cans and right into the eyes of the love of his life. He was at the opposite end of the isle from her. He said a good 20 to 30 ft away from her. Their eyes locked together. He said that he felt a pull like he had never felt before. He said he knew without doubt that he had to speak to that woman. He said that he knew he couldn't leave that store without speaking to her. He did speak to her for a few min in the can isle. Then he did something he had never done before. He knew that even though they were just strangers, He had to have her phone #. He took a chance, and he asked for her # after only five min of conversation in the can isle. Then she did something she had never done. It went against her common sense. She gave a total stranger her number. Her real number. From there the rest history. They have been married for 16 yrs now. To this day they still love each other. I know it sounds goofy, But they fell in love that day in the can isle at Ingles. They both knew it. But just to be sure they dated almost a year before they married. I believe it happens for some folks. For others it's lust. And for others, It never happens. They live out their whole lives and never know what it's like to lay eyes on the love of their life and know from that second on, You found it or it found you. I'm one of those that it's never happened to. If it wasn't for a close friend of mine I might not believe in love at first sight either. One last thing, These two, They have a special bond between them. I can't explain it good enough here. I just know it. I've seen it in them. And it's been there from day one. It sounds corny I know, But that bond between them started that day, On the can isle. And going by what I've seen when I'm around them, the past 10 years or more, It's that kind of bond that will only be broken by death. I know I shouldn't, But I envy them. |
