I think being kinky in sex adds color to a person's life. Just hop on cloud number 9 and let go. You only live once and sure enough that is something that should be enjoyed ( Even from Dr. Ruth's point of view).

I guess it would depend on the other person as well. If you're both looking for the same thing and hit it off well, something can definitely develop whether it's just more hot sex, getting to know each other better and dating, or a full blown relationship. I would imagine it would be different for different people.
