Hey now I had plenty left for anyone that wanted some....heheheh
I made a green chili stew with leftover pork loin. YUMMY! Sounds awesome, gonna make stew with the left overs today as soon as I get home.... I add a can of rotel to mine to give it a spicy flavor... I cleaned, chopped and froze (with a healthy dose of garlic) an entire case of roasted green chilies in the fall. I pull those little packets out of the freezer and toss them into all kinds of things. I sure do like Rotel, though. It's handy and I don't have to stand all day in the kitchen to prepare it! LOL! |

Well, I sat on my balcony and read an ENTIRE BOOK in the warm, dry (dare I say spring-like) weather...even without a weather rock :)
I also deadheaded my plants and gave them a little drinkie...they are HAPPY! |
