Thursday night, Marina Krim, a mother on the Upper West Side of Manhattan opened the door to her apartment to find her two children dead. They had been stabbed to death allegedly by their nanny Yoselyn Ortega, who then slit her wrists in an apparent failed suicide attempt.

New York (CNN) -- A Manhattan mother returned home early Thursday evening to find two of her young children stabbed to death in a bathtub, as their nanny lay bleeding nearby, police said.
The mother, 38, had just returned around 5:30 p.m. to the family apartment on Manhattan's West Side with her 3-year-old daughter, who she had just taken to swimming lessons, police Commissioner Ray Kelly said.

All the lights were out in the residence, so she went downstairs to ask the doorman whether her two other children and their nanny had gone outside. After the doorman said they had not, the mother went back upstairs and started looking around, Kelly said.

Peering into a bathroom, she let out a scream upon finding her 1-year-old son and 6-year-old daughter stabbed to death in the bathtub, according to Kelly.

The children's 50-year-old nanny was on the bathroom floor unconscious and bleeding from what appeared to be self-inflicted stab wounds to her neck, Kelly said. A kitchen knife sat next to her, according to police spokesman Paul Browne.

A neighbor, Sandy Marcus, told CNN that she called 911 after hearing the mother's screams. Another neighbor recalled it was hard to ascertain what was going on since "everybody was screaming."

The children were taken to Roosevelt Hospital and pronounced dead.
The father of the children is Kevin Krim, an executive with CNBC , several officials familiar with the investigation said.

The nanny is at St. Luke's Hospital, also in New York, in critical but stable condition, according to Kelly. No charges have been filed yet in the case, he added.

Klein described the family at the center of the horror as "all-American" and "lovely."

"It's like something you read about in the papers, in some distant country, but never on your floor," she said.

This week financial news organization CNBC gave some mainstream attention to the largest money laundering and racketeering lawsuit in United States History, in which “Banksters” and their U.S. racketeering partners are being accused of laundering of 43 trillion dollars worth of ill gotten gains.

The lawsuit is said to involve officials located in the highest offices of government and the financial sector.
Since this information was surprisingly revealed by the mainstream news organization there has been a very suspicious and deadly fallout at the CNBC headquarters.
Within hours the original page for the article was taken down, and CNBC senior vice president Kevin Krim received news that his children were killed under very suspicious circumstances.

It seems that the murder happened first and then the page was removed later.

According to mainstream accounts the children’s nanny is responsible for the murders, allegedly stabbing both children.

However, those same mainstream news sources report the highly unlikely story that the nanny slit her own throat just after committing the homicides.
Police have released very little information and although a wider plot has not been officially implicated, it seems very possible that these murders are a show of force against the press organization for releasing such damning information about the most powerful people in the world.

Here is some more information about the lawsuit from the Wall Street Journal:
“In the District Court lawsuit, Spire Law Group, LLP — on behalf of home owner across the Country and New York taxpayers, as well as under other taxpayer recompense laws — has expanded its mass tort action into federal court in Brooklyn, New York, seeking to halt all foreclosures nationwide pending the return of the $43 trillion ($43,000,000,000,000.00) by the “Banksters” and their co-conspirators, seeking an audit of the Fed and audits of all the “bailout programs” by an independent receiver such as Neil Barofsky, former Inspector General of the TARP program who has stated that none of the TARP money and other “bailout money” advanced from the Treasury has ever been repaid despite protestations to the contrary by the Defendants as well as similar protestations by President Obama and the Obama Administration both publicly on national television and more privately to the United States Congress.
Because the Obama Administration has failed to pursue any of the “Banksters” criminally, and indeed is actively borrowing monies for Mr. Obama’s campaign from these same “Banksters” to finance its political aspirations, the national group of plaintiff home owners has been forced to now expand its lawsuit to include racketeering, money laundering and intentional violations of the Iranian Nations Sanctions and Embargo Act by the national banks included among the “Bankster” Defendants. “

Some of the alleged conspirators are Attorney General Holder, Assistant Attorney General Tony West, the brother in law of Defendant California Attorney General Kamala Harris, Jon Corzine (former New Jersey Governor), Robert Rubin (former Treasury Secretary and Bankster), Timothy Geitner, Treasury Secretary, Vikram Pandit (recently resigned and disgraced Chairman of the Board of Citigroup), Valerie Jarrett (a Senior White House Advisor), Anita Dunn (a former “communications director” for the Obama Administration), Robert Bauer (husband of Anita Dunn and Chief Legal Counsel for the Obama Re-election Campaign), as well as the “Banksters” themselves, and their affiliates and conduits.

It is expected that all news on this subject will be removed from CNBC, and that other news organizations will be discouraged from covering such information.

However, screen shots of the original CNBC article were taken to verify the authenticity of this story.
Assassination and brute intimidation are common strategies for the ruling class to use on people who may threaten their agenda.
This is the second situation this week in which a high level executive was the victim of a suspicious attack that seemed very much like an assassination.
The Intel Hub just reported that Nicholas Mockford, a 60 year old British executive for the oil company ExxonMobil was shot dead in front of his wife in an assassination-style killing in Brussels.

I know the Moderate Voice mainly covers political stories, but my heart is absolutely broken over the murders of two young children, Leo and Lucia Krim, ages two and six, at the hands of their nanny, Yoselyn Ortega, in an Upper West Side apartment in New York City. Leo and Lulu are two of CNBC media executive Kevin Krim and his pediatrician wife Marina Krim’s kids. Yoselyn Ortega then slit her throat in a botched suicide attempt Thursday afternoon at the La Rochelle luxury apartment building on 75th Street. The mother of the children returned home at about 5:34 p.m. with another child and found Yoselyn Ortega, 50, in a pool of blood in the kitchen and her two youngest children, ages two and six, in the bathroom with several stab wounds to their bodies, the NY Post reports.

Here is a good question and a red flag:


Why did CNBC remove their article about a 43 Trillion dollar law suite after Keven Krims' children were murdered if the Nanny did it?

There is a fine line when something like this involves people of the media, bringing in information like that turns the story from one of sympathy or even empathy and puts a greedy, ugly stamp on it.

Journalism is a tricky business, however, I'm pretty sure the law suit is irrelevant in the grand scheme of the story.

This is just a journalist's take on it though, I'm not familiar with the story just going off what I know from the journalism I've done.

That does not answer my question.

They are trying to claim the nanny killed those children.
So, if she did, then the news article that Keven Krims was basically responsible for publishing because he is the general manager of digital news... should still be on the website.

It was there yesterday.

Why is it gone today?

That is the question.

I have a pdf copy of the CNBC news that was up yesterday made from screen shots. The article itself is mirrored all over the Internet on alternative sites now, but on CNBC it is no where to be found.

Not even in the archives.

Use your imagination.

CNBC was the only major news network to publish that news of that 43 trillion lawsuit.

That was a no no.

The guy's children were murdered.

The article was taken down the next day.

..Too late, its all over cyber space.

But the lawsuit is real.... and yet no one, no major network will cover it.

Why?

You do the math.

As if journalists have an imagination, much less capable of doing math. You're simply trying to pin a tack on something that doesn't need one, much akin to most people in this part of the forum.

If we all claim elephants can fly, eventually it will catch on and people will start believing the same. Humanities thirst for throwing gasoline on an already aggravated situation, well, worries me a tad.

Yep it is another "conspiracy theory" alright.

But still, why did the article disappear after the man's children were killed? THE DAY AFTER.

The article was only up on October 25th.

And why is no other Major News Network reporting this story about the Law suite??

Did you actually read the alleged story at CNBC.com, or did you just read/hear a mention of the alleged story in that youtube video?

That alleged title reeks with phoniness. The word "Comrade" in the title tells me that the alleged CNBC story is a hoax.

Well yes, that title reeks with someone who is pissed off at the corrupt bankers, but yes I agree. I was a bit surprised at the language myself. But that's Fox news for you. They are at odds with some of the Elite, I am sure.

The term "banksters" is used by people who call them for what they are and is generally used by alternative media and conspiracy theorists.

But it is no theory that they are crooks. There is documented proof of that in the courts. The problem is, they can now LEGALLY STEAL YOUR MONEY WITHOUT BEING PROSECUTED.

And YES I read the actual article yesterday on the CNBC website. I have a pdf file of screen shots of the page.

I wish I had downloaded the entire webpage, but I didn't really think it would be gone the next day.

jsnip4 at Realist News removed his videos about the case because he has a family and he decided it was not worth the risk.

I will remove it if I get a significant bribe. LOL
But the article has been copied and is now on blogs all over cyberspace. I can't imagine they will bribe or threaten everyone.
Its just a lawsuit, and they probably can't connect that to the death of those children.

I have always said I would like to see an end to corruption, or at the very least get a piece of the pie.

Any criminal orginization has a rule of not killing children, it is bad business and brings to much heat and public outrage. Even if there was some vast conspiracy (Which there isn't) they wouldn't rish getting exposed like that.

I didn't know about the lawsuit until you brought it up but when reading about how a CNBC executive's two children were murdered by their nanny who then tried to commit suicide, something seemed fishy to me. I think there's definitely more to the story

Apparently, you take what the MSM feeds you at face value. I think it healthy to question things when something doesn't quite add up. Not to jump to conclusions or yell conspiracy, but a questioning mind I think comes closer to the truth then a blind follower
