What would you like to have in your dream home? B-)

well.. I wanted a bigger, brighter more modern, open kitchen in oak(done).. a 6' patio door to the deck off the kitchen(done).. guest bedroom on the main floor(done).. a larger 'brighter' front door (done).. lotsa storage space(getting there).. the laundry room and office on the main floor(done).. a master bathroom with a 6' podium bath and corner shower(done).. a 'work' room for all my tools and stand up freezer(in progress).. a bay window in the living room (done).. solid wood floors and trim(in progress).. the basement finished(2 done, with 3 rooms & full bath left to build), central heating/air and vacuum (done), an attached garage(to come), a deck and patio(done except for a stretch of railing on one side of the deck), a sound proof 'cinema' room (done).. a den/family room with a brunswick pool table(done.. except it currently houses all the building materials) and lastly.. I have one outside but I'd rather an indoor, in-ground, heated pool(working on it).. I've also changed 5 of the 8 windows on the main floor(I have the rest.. just haven't had the time YET)..

what can I say.. I like lotsa light AND SPACE!! bigsmile

I've been here 6 years and it's not going as FAST as I'd like.. but then again.. working alone has some drawbacks frustrated and everyone wonders why I'm still single?? ohwell

blushing Yes i own my own dream home-Well to me it is,Its this Bus.I bought it a little over a year ago and now its paying off!I am a simple Country Boy with simple needs in life but Being Thanksgiving you are supposed to list things you are thankful for in life.Yesterday i co-signed for my Daughter's first home she and her family live in West Virginia and was able to pay 1/2 of her mortgage off the same day in Cash.Living as i do Benefited someone that truly Loves me as i Love her,my Grandchildren and her Husband. This April or May I also am moving to West Virginia away from here and starting my life where i belong.Living the way i have is keeping all the predators that only want to live off you thinking you are good for nothing and because since i've been on here i've been Honest with Everyone that has viewed my profile and that seemed not to be enough for them. This has been a Blessing for Me,Now my Daughter's Family has a good start in life because of me!I've known all my life"its not what you own, wear, drive or anything else you acquire through life its what you are that counts and who your true Friends are really count!!"So to all my friends on here Happy Thanksgiving!!!drinks

Both my property & doublewide are paid off & I'm so very thankful to be able to live where I live, on a street (that's really a circle) that bears my name.

I'd whether be trailer trash (as some call it) and have my own sweet well water, clean air, a sprinkle night Sky, the majestic Sunsets over the Funeral Mountains, ect... then live in any house/mansion in a city.

This is my dream place, I feel blessed to be able to grow my own veggies, plant trees (I've started about 60 Aussie Willows), playing outside with such a beautiful view being able to blast my music when ever I want :) to me life would suck if I have to see other houses in my view.
