| Hey gang. I want to upload more pictures to my profile but: "Make sure the filesize of the photo is not too large" This seems to be a problem. How do I shrink the file size of pictures that are on my computer to upload on here? Any help will be much appreciated,Thanks a bunch! | |

Vilo, you may need to make sure that the image is within the following size restrictions:
When it comes to uploading images to a Mingle2 account, the actual file size is almost unlimited. The number of pixels in the image, however, is limited to 10 million. In other words, the product of width*length must not exceed 10000000. As for how to go about this, your machine may have appropriate editing software. If not, you might be able to find a free site which serves this purpose.

"Your image is too large; please upload a smaller image."
That's what I keep getting.Over and over I'm not a photographer so.. Thanks anyway.

Hello, Vilo, As Charles mentioned above, you may need to use a photo editing program, or a site like Photobucket. I would suggest editing and reducing the number of pixels. Either that, or try uploading another photo.
