its inevitable the older we get to loose loved ones and its heartbreaking I lost my dad when I Was 37, I cried for three days, my mom has some pictures of them together but the only pic I own is from the obituary,, yet, my memories of him are as vivid as ever and I often conjure up the image of his smile or the sound of his laugh or his advice in my head when I feel discouraged Yeah I have a lot of memories. Like everytime I drive down a certain street I remember passing him in our car and him waving, stuff like that. Plus I dream a lot and he is often there with our family. It's funny in my dreams because I ask him, didn't you die? It's like I know he died and yet I know he is here. ![]() |
