I even believe that it can manifest into dangerous energy forms when there has been a lot of fighting or violence in a home. I doubt Maria is facing harmful entities, but I have no doubt there is a lot of negative energy in that home. I spiritually cleanse my home frequently - not because there is fighting going on here, but even the regular day to day energy we bring home can build up and cause problems.

I had this very conversation with a group investigating a haunted house here in Colorado Springs. They did reveal some haunting. The conversation was if people are constantly fighting, the spirits that have gone though this in their life would in fact bring out their emotions too. One of the ladies on the investigation told me she can feel harsh angry in this home we investigated.

Ruth, how do you "cleanse" a house? There are several ways, but I use Sage smoke. I open all the windows in my apartment to give the harmful energy a way to leave. Then I start in one corner of my home and begin saging (also called smudging) throughout. I make sure the smoke gets in all the corners and behind furniture. I also like using sound, but I don't have a good bell to use. I use some rhymes and prayers while I'm saging. Hmmmmm....this might be a good topic for my next YouTube video.

I have absorbed energy my whole life the negative is definitely draining,,,, the very possibility of negative energy is what makes me so much more comfortable alone than in crowds,.... so I definitely believe in 'energy' being around us and affecting our lives

Ruth! Very well done... No camera shyness there I tell ya I've used sage... Now I prefer using Coarse sea salt in every corner of every room for 24hrs... small prayers, good thoughts and Voila! I usually do this when someone or something has entered my home and disturbed the flow of good energy. I'm fiercely protective of my home environment as a rule... but chit happens.

I spend my whole week doing public speaking and interviews for the local news media....I got over camera shyness very quickly. Sea salt is what I use at work, along with certain crystals. People look at you a little strangely if you light up a sage bundle in the office, but they don't notice the salt.
