It actually shows you signed up 07/13/10 As far as the email....I'm not sure. Kim

cause computers don't know time/dates any better than people...

Welcome, moxon26. It's a generic mail that we send to all members. In the current architecture, it must have a particular date. We do change the date every now and then.
