"Angels" are both male and female. It is only in this physical world of duality that the male and female aspects were divided. This was for humans. They were made to need the opposite sex to feel complete. They were designed so that they would produce a lot of children.
Today when a human is born with both male and female sexual organs they call them trans genders. Some people who know about the angels, call them angel children. Being both sexes is the natural state of that species. They reproduced whenever they want and they are not slaves to sex as humans are. Have you ever heard about Lilith, the first wife of Adam? The story is that she did not want to be "female" or submit to the male sexually and so she refused to be Adam's mate. She ran away and mated with a demon. |

Of course!! God is a Seattle Seahawk fan and sides with the righteous... and the righteous is ALWAYS America. God bless america and crush our enemies. Do you really think the righteous is always America? Do you really think I think god is a seahawk fan??? It was a joke, calm down. You said that, not me. God is not a fan of jokes,i guess you must be knowing that. I implore you next time before you post something like this, please be very careful 'coz someone might take you serious. 'Just sayin' He must definitely like a good Joke! Good joke you say? You know there are different kinds of jokes that people make about God(some are clean & light hearted jokes and some are harsh & sensitive to the extent that they can hurt someone ie if they are Christians. Forinstance God being a seahawk fan might be a good joke but for someone to say that God sides with the righteous and that the righteous is always America is quite sensitive. It might be a joke that makes you laugh but how do you think other people who aren't Americans will feel? Iam sure not many would laugh at such a joke especially if they are Christians. God bless! Jesally, I don't know if you understand "sarcasm" but the statement that 'God sides with the righteous, and that the righteous is always America' was sarcasm. It actually means exactly the opposite. ( Most people do believe that God sides with the righteous, but not all people believe that America is the righteous one.--- that was the joke part. We like to think that America is the righteous one, but sometimes that is just not the case. But they might believe that their own cause is the most righteous and that God will side with them. "Sarcasm" is when a person says something that is obviously not true. |

I think if a person has faith and good intentions and a vision, that the powers of the universe will indeed be on their side.
I don't call that "God" but I call that the law of the universe. |

It all depends on how good or harsh the joke might be. Of course you absolutely have every right to post anything in the forums and so I take back what i said before. My apologies. |

There are many different stories about her that have developed over the years, but the medieval explanation of Lilith paints her as a rebellious first wife of Adam. The story dates to medieval times, from the controversial work known as the Alphabet of Ben Sirah. Wiki: The term Lilith occurs in Isaiah 34:14, either singular or plural according to variations in the earliest manuscripts, though in a list of animals. In the Dead Sea Scrolls Songs of the Sage the term first occurs in a list of monsters. In Jewish magical inscriptions, on bowls and amulets from the 6th century CE onwards, Lilith is identified as a female demon and the first visual depictions appear. In Jewish folklore, from the 8th–10th centuries Alphabet of Ben Sira onwards, Lilith becomes Adam's first wife, who was created at the same time and from the same earth as Adam. This contrasts with Eve, who was created from one of Adam's ribs. The legend was greatly developed during the Middle Ages, in the tradition of Aggadic midrashim, the Zohar and Jewish mysticism.[3] In the 13th Century writings of Rabbi Isaac ben Jacob ha-Cohen, for example, Lilith left Adam after she refused to become subservient to him and then would not return to the Garden of Eden after she mated with archangel Samael.[4] The resulting Lilith legend is still commonly used as source material in modern Western culture, literature, occultism, fantasy, and horror. |

Lilith
In all the worlds of wonder In all the fields of grace In lands above and under, There is a timeless face. And the power of a woman Is man's unknown disgrace, He chose to want to rule her And thus lost her embrace. The world was doomed that day When Lilith took her leave And demons took the future This you can believe. For Lilith found her lover An bore the demon seed For her, there was no other. For Love, there was no need. |

KJV - 14 The wild beasts of the desert shall also meet with the wild beasts of the island, and the satyr shall cry to his fellow; the screech owl also shall rest there, and find for herself a place of rest NKJV - 14 The wild beasts of the desert shall also meet with the jackals, And the wild goat shall bleat to its companion; Also the night creature shall rest there, And find for herself a place of rest. NIV - 14 Desert creatures will meet with hyenas, and wild goats will bleat to each other; there the night creatures will also lie down and find for themselves places of rest. None of the versions I've crossed with possess that name. |

After doing a little research on "Lilith" it seems that "person/being" has absolutely nothing to do with the scriptures "Christianity" is based off of. Maybe in some Jewish deal, but not in the basis of "Christianity" or the scriptures therein. |

I think there are a lot of different versions of the Bible. The name "Lilith" has been removed from most of them probably.
They refer to her as "the night monster." Here is a page with different wordings of that verse: http://bible.cc/isaiah/34-14.htm Darby Bible Translation 4 And there shall the beasts of the desert meet with the jackals, and the wild goat shall cry to his fellow; the lilith also shall settle there, and find for herself a place of rest. English revised version: And the wild beasts of the desert shall meet with the wolves, and the satyr shall cry to his fellow; yea, the night-monster shall settle there, and shall find her a place of rest. |

She was left out of the current Bible. As far as "some Jewish deal," who do you think wrote the old testament? It was all so-called "Jewish" scripture. |

And anyway, so what?
I am telling you that she was written about in scripture older than the Bible. They left her out of the Bible. You wanted to know WHERE I got the information about Lilith, so there you are. |

Ok, I apologise lol, did not see that one. Even besides that though, it doesn't say anything about her being created before Eve, or even mentioning "her" creation. Heck, we don't even know if this is a "human" being. If you'll notice it's also in reference of different animals, jackals and wild goats. |

You apparently didn't read this. You think that the only book that has anything you should believe is the Bible. Of course it was not in the Bible, but it was still written in ancient scripts.
In Jewish folklore, from the 8th–10th centuries Alphabet of Ben Sira onwards, Lilith becomes Adam's first wife, who was created at the same time and from the same earth as Adam. This contrasts with Eve, who was created from one of Adam's ribs. |

In Jewish folklore, from the 8th–10th centuries Alphabet of Ben Sira onwards, Lilith becomes Adam's first wife, who was created at the same time and from the same earth as Adam. This contrasts with Eve, who was created from one of Adam's ribs. Yes and we have one saying she said the forbidden name Jehovah and vanished, other's say she ran away. And also notice it mentions "judges". The scriptures make no reference to God making any other beings the way he made Adam/Eve and in this discussion Lilith. There would be no "judges", for it wasn't "civilized" in a sense of civilization eg., cities, government, ect. ------------ At the same time Jehovah created Adam, he created a woman, Lilith, who like Adam was taken from the earth. She was given to Adam as his wife. But there was a dispute between them about a matter that when it came before the judges had to be discussed behind closed doors. She spoke the unspeakable name of Jehovah and vanished ------------ ------------ When God created Adam, he was lonely, so God created Lilith from the same dust from which Adam was molded. But they quarrelled; Adam [the proverbial domineering male] wished to rule over Lilith. But Lilith [a militant feminist] was also proud and willful, claiming equality with Adam because she was created from the same dust. She left Adam and fled the Garden. God sent three angels in pursuit of Lilith. They caught her and ordered her to return to Adam. She refused, and said that she would henceforth weaken and kill little children, infants and babes. The angels overpowered her, and she promised that if the mother hung an amulet over the baby bearing the names of the three angels, she would stay away from that home. So they let her go, and God created Eve to be Adam's mate [created from Adam's rib, so that she couldn't claim equality]. ------------- |

So they let her go, and God created Eve to be Adam's mate [created from Adam's rib, so that she couldn't claim equality]. ------------- There are legends that Adam had a wife before Eve who was named Lilith, but this is not found in the Bible. The legends vary significantly, but they all essentially agree that Lilith left Adam because she did not want to submit to him. According to the legends, Lilith was an evil, wicked woman who committed adultery with Satan and produced a race of evil creatures. None of this is true. There is no biblical basis whatsoever for these concepts. There is no one in the Bible named Lilith. The passage most often pointed to as evidence for Lilith is Isaiah 34:14, which in the NRSV reads, "there too Lilith shall repose." This is a poor translation. Every other major translation of the Bible reads something to the effect of "night creature" or "screech owl." Even if "demon monster named Lilith" was the proper translation of the Hebrew word, Adam is nowhere even hinted at in this passage or its context. Whatever the Lilith was, it is not given any connection whatsoever to Adam or Creation. Another commonly used support for Lilith is the differing Creation accounts in Genesis chapters 1-2. Some claim that the woman in Genesis 1 was Lilith, with the woman in Genesis 2 being Eve. This is completely ludicrous. Rather, Genesis chapter 2 is a "closer look" at the creation of Adam and Eve as recorded in Genesis chapter 1. The Bible specifically says that Adam and Eve were the first human beings ever created (Genesis 1:26-28; 2:18-25). This "Lilith" myth is popular in some radical feminist movements because Lilith is an example of a woman refusing to submit to male headship. While there are myths outside of the Word of God regarding Lilith, her complete absence from Scripture demonstrates that she is nothing more than a myth. |
