Oh, gees, diabetes. Touchy subject for me. My number one nag and honey-do list person has trouble with it. I thought since I wasn't supposed to cut her toes nail that the only other choice was to give her the toe nail clippers. I spent a hour with her holding an ice bag on her toe. I felt real bad about it so I thought I would be nice and bring her some English muffins. I found out that she wasn't supposed to have anything with wheat in it. The other night after I had took her to the rest room; straightened up her room; checked on her gold fish and put her clothes the nurse came to check up on me. The nurse asked her if she could borrow me because she had some things for me to do; i.e. my job. I was so glad the nurse bailed me out. I thought was stuck there for life.

I too used to weigh myself every day (after I reached my goal) to keep me in line. It does work, you just have to keep at it, and not let divorce or depression lose sight of what you are doing, and that's exactly what happened to me!

Cranberry juice is good for the kidneys. Water is also good for flushing the system out.

Water will rust your plumbing but if you have pvc pipes it should be ok.
I only drink water if its ice cold...can't drink it otherwise. Maybe if you add a lemon to the water, would that help you?
yeah at this point ill try anything!
adding a bit of lemon also helps cleanse the liver...which is very helpful for weight loss! I read that in a book somewhere.
