i use the tae bo tapes but not the tye bo bocking thats hard!lol i think they are fun to help you work out i probally work out 3 or 4 days a week now and its only 14 minutes a day

Jumptforjoy, I use to complain about the amount of food that was served because I thought that there was enough to feed an army. I had always tried to be conservative but didn't take into consideration how left overs can be saved. It also dawned onto me later that there was a direct correlation with how much food was served had an effect of how much really little food was left over. I notice when buying food that I have to look at the food prices twice because surely they can't be that much. It makes me reflect on how much money I allotted for groceries may have been too little. What really gets to me sometimes is when I look at the mess in my house but don't have anybody to complain to. I tried complaining to my dogs but it is like it goes in one ear and out another. The phenomena sometimes leaves me baffled.

that was how i got into such good shape 5 years ago....I bought the basic and worked myself up to advanced - 6 days a week! Now, I find it so hard to get motivated...to get up off my arse and do something active!!!!

i stopped working out in december 06 when my grandmother took over my lil workout area and made it into gift wrap central it was just in this past week i started out again
ive seen a change in the way i eat,i go for the healthier foods now. but sometimes i really need a support group cuz its hard and there are alot of haters out there. |

southern - definately people judge who shouldn't be saying a damn word...if they've never been there, then they shouldn't judge. I always place myself in the other person's position before i say anything and if its hurtful, i DON'T say it!

I used to have a problem working out but after I got to working where I do I got on so many honey-do lists that by the time my shift is over that I am exhausted and am doing good to make it to the time clock.

lol coco i know thats me exactly.and its hard when youre friends dont work out with you yur relying on yurself and sometimes id rather sit on my rear and feel lazy lol!

the friends i have don't have to work out to maintain their weight...so of course that plays on my mind as well. Like, why me? And Not her or her or her or her???? LOL

I have waited on motivation to come but I guess since I live in a rural area that it just takes longer to get here. I am sure that it must have something with the postal service we have around here.

I, unfortunately, take after my dad....short and fat!!!! He is the person I am dancing with in that pic...damn him!! LOL

well my grandpa and mother and cousin are diabetic.i show very small signs of it

my mom was a diabetic too! But she had type 1...she was never heavy...My grandmother too! I am also showing signs as well and I DO NOT WANT THAT! Should be motivation enough to get up and MOVE!
