I pretty much won't even consider a guy less than 50 years old and I am 41. I am a total age bigot. By that age, their kids are usually grown. They know what they do and do not want out of life. I certainly know what I do... and I don't want, or rather can't expect, anything out of life. Yep. Being old has its advantages. Of how to limit your dreams and aspirations, which have been tempered with countless failures and misappropriated expectations of success. |

I'm in the same boat and trying to find someone at 40..it sure isn't easy but I'm a good person and have a lot to offer so I'm trying to be patient and hopefully I will meet someone and I'm sure you will too! Hey! I think I am the same little man in the boat, too, and am trying to find someone at 40D or at 40DDD. Other than that, life is kinda boring around here. |

I'm in the same boat and trying to find someone at 40..it sure isn't easy but I'm a good person and have a lot to offer so I'm trying to be patient and hopefully I will meet someone and I'm sure you will too!  I do have a few young one chat me up but we are friends. and I keep it that way 5 years under or over that is it.

I am trying to figure out if 36 is to old to hope to find a husband? I have a neighbor across the street that is in her late 70's. Early last year she met a man (not sure how they met) and fell in love and got married. I remember telling her to be careful and not rush into anything........you don't want to spend your youth in haste. |

Welcome to mingle! Glad you were bold enough to post something. I think getting involved in the different forums is a good place to see how some of your questions about age and a lot of other things might get answered. Mingle has a pretty wide range of people so it might take you a while before some of their answers start to make sense.
