Get you some wheat bread a scoop of sourkraut (uncooked) mustard and cats up and a dab of black pepper put all together in a sandwich form and eat

actually i just got done eating it. i toasted split wheat bread first, then added catsup on the bottom of the bread, then added the sour kraut, then added mustard on top and sprinkled a little black pepper, it actually was quite good.

actually it is Fermented Cabbage,like Silage! Quite healthy,but a somewhat acquired taste! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sauerkraut Enjoy!!!!!!!!!
