Mother's side my grandfather's mother was American Indian seminole/ choctaw and his father german/ english he met my grandmother (korean) during the korean war in Puson, my mother was born on a military base in Puson, Korea My father was born in Charleston, WV to my grandmother who married a man of the cloth they had four children one of which became a man of the cloth. their heritage is irish english german and cherokee I just had a thought (uh oh)...and i don't mean you specifically SK...but reading your post, and considering the number of mixed breeds here. Which ethnic side to your bloodline do you identify with the most? |

It seems like everyone here is of some german-anglo-saxon or Irish descency, with native and indigenous blood mixed in throughly, be it Maori, North American First Nations, Puerto Rican, or Jewish.

I can relate to that, because i do believe it is my Irish side that prevents the Maori from throwing you in a slow cooker...*pokes wux*...hmmmm....about 3 hours i reckon Beware, young lady... a bowlful of me now, and the cholesterol content will kill you within five hours tops. If not the cholesterol, then your teeth will fall out due to the high sugar content (diabetes), and if not that, then my aresenic content. (In Hungary mothers in poorer families gave arsenic-licks to their young to suck on. Arsenic never leaves your body -- at least not through the nic on your arse.) Yeah...i reckon you'd taste funny |

Which ethnic side to your bloodline do you identify with the most? I am not sure I identify ethnically with any of them really. I was taught more the korean clothes foods heirarchy, but raised in the United States. Ethnically confused??? |

Oh i don't know about confused...i would say you have more choices My belief system what we take from the earth should be given back unto the earth always show respect whenever possible to those around you if you sin against another however unintentionally you should apologize in earnest and do something to prove yourself contrite, also forgive yourself to live each day as it's your last always take the time to help the helpless listening over speaking is divine observation is key to knowing who and what you are surrounded by always be willing to take a leap of faith try not to hold a grudge as a grudge will hold you always take time to breath and enjoy the beauty surrounding you not sure of the ethnicity of my beliefs...... |
