Intelligence, independence and humor. Those are the main fears a man has in a woman. I'm not sure where humor fits in, but yes, I do think independent and intelligent women do make some men feel very insecure. Men probably don't like it when a woman laughs at them. I do this daily. Yeah me too. Explains why I am single. Nah, just means you haven't lost your ability to be a woman. Real men, are NOT intimidated by a woman who knows what she wants. Its acceptable to laugh at the dumb things the men folk do... Well, that explains alot. Guess I haven't met any real men because every single one I met is intimidated by me. Thanks Mariah. You made my day. All in a day.... |

Afraid? Is a man really afraid of a woman? Afraid of getting a broken heart, ok. Afraid of fighting, ok. Afraid of being lonely, ok. Afraid of loosing your identity, ok. Afraid of being murdered in the middle of the night, ok. Afraid that we might have to clean up, ok. Afraid that she might spend all the money, ok. Afraid that she listens to only country music, ok. Afraid that she wants to dress me, ok. Afraid that she won't like snoring, ok. Afraid that she wants the lawn cut & trimmed every week, ok. Afraid that she doesn't like paper plates, ok. Afraid that the car's not dent proof, ok. Afraid of that special monthly friend, ok. on, and on, and on..... You mean there's more?!!???! Chapter two Afraid of never having a warm shower again, ok. Afraid of the 4 sides to an argument, your side, her side, her side again, and her side once more, ok. Afraid of viewing censorship being set at a 5th grade level, ok. Afraid of never being able to wear pants 2 days in a row again, ok. Afraid of holding in gas for the rest of your life, ok. Afraid of flowered curtains, ok. Afraid of being forced to wipe out the entire spider population, ok. Afraid of loosing a tooth to the mystery meal, ok. Afraid of the sewing room replacing the music room, ok. Afraid of the title "in-law", ok. Afraid of having to drive the whole trip, ok. Afraid of not getting to drive the whole trip, ok. there are many more but I must get ready to catch my flight Oh, Afraid of getting to the airport 5 hours early, ok. |

Here r a few of my fears. Men who r jealous when u talk to a man. Men who tell u what ur thinking and feeling, cause they think they own u. Men who r narcisstic. Men who will try and 'buy' you. Men who r doormats. Men who r stalky. I do like some men btw

There's nothing more frightening to an insecure man than an insecure, aggressive woman.

I think the Boss stated it very well:
I hold you in my arms as the band plays What are those words whispered baby just as you turn away I saw you last night out on the edge of town I wanna read your mind and know just what Ive got in this new thing Ive found So tell me what I see when I look in your eyes Is that you baby or just a brilliant disguise I heard somebody call your name from underneath our willow I saw something tucked in shame underneath your pillow Well Ive tried so hard baby but I just can't see What a woman like you is doing with me So tell me what I see when I look in your eyes Is that you baby or just a brilliant disguise Now look at me baby struggling to do everything right And then it all falls apart when out go the lights Im just a lonely pilgrim I walk this world in wealth I want to know if it's you I don't trust cause I damn sure don't trust Myself Now you play the loving woman I'll play the faithful man But just don't look too close into the palm of my hand We stood at the alter the gypsy swore our future was right But come the wee wee hours maybe baby the gypsy lied So when you look at me you better look hard and look twice Is that me baby or just a brilliant disguise Tonight our bed is cold Im lost in the darkness of our love God have mercy on the man Who doubts what he's sure of |

What truly makes a man afraid of a woman in all aspects of the spectrum? Women want to change their man after getting into a long term relationship. Mold him into her ideal man. Women become disappointed when he remains the same. Men want their women to stay the same after getting into a long term relationship. Men become disappointed when she changes. This is what men fear. Does she have a right to change? Yes. Is it written somewhere that he has to like what she becomes? No. Yeah this is pretty much true. |

John Bobbitt might say it is the memory of when she last carved. Put's on Stone Temple Pilots...."Half the Man I Used to Be" |

In trully loving and living relationship no one should be trying to change the other one, yet each of them should be open to the change (= growth, development, transcendence of the ego issues) brought about and inspired by love and life together...IMO |
