They are a PITA to tune. Hire a good piano tuner. Make sure it works properly or it's worthless.

Technically, it's not. You still gotta pay for gas to get it. But, at the same time, I had one years ago and it eventually had to get the ax........ literally! Man that was fun! Those strings sure do let loose when chopped with a hatchet! Now only if I woulda watched the Faith No More video first, it might have had a 'slightly' different fate....

I figure if it's not worth fixing as a piano, there's other possibilities, like turning it into a fish tank, or putting flowers in it, or turning it into a piece of art. There's all kinds of things that can be done with it.
