Thank you Chocolina, and I was well aware of this definition already. But I still stand by my stance of having no "religion".

Notice the last definition "based on the life and teachings of Jesus".

If you follow "Christianity" you follow what THEY say Jesus' teachings were. I don't blindly follow as such. I search for myself through investigation, trial and error exactly what Jesus has told us to do or not do.

God walks beside me every step of the way. He directs me to people to be associated with in life that will get me on the right track. Just for example the little scenerio Funches likes to bring up about the Holy Ghost and Holy Spirit. If that topic wouldn't have come up and or I never started discussing in this forum. I would still think the same way as I did before, along with other things I've learned in my time here. I've never once said I know it all 100% absolute, totally, and what I think trumps everyone else.

The word, "God", IS a title; at the same time, it is also the NAME of YOUR God. This much is both true, and what you are stuck on.

Technically, humans (both Biblically and Scientifically speaking), are in fact "Gods" in the concept we have "free will". It is the act of "free will" that constitutes a "God".

Man - Gods of Earth (No higher; eg, we don't answer to "wolves" or "cattle")

God - God of "ALL".

However I won't defend ALL or a majority of Cowboy's beliefs, I'd like to point something out to you and Choco who swears she is both funny and intelligent:

A. Cowboy proclaims he is NOT a Christian.
B. Cowboy is NOT representing Christianity, he is representing his OWN beliefs, as do I.
C. Neither of us "spread false gospel", because you would have to prove our "beliefs" are 100% false; which you cannot do.

That said:

YOU personally are destroying the "image" of a "Christian".

When you say such things as :

"I give up."
"God is not in you."
"I'm done with you."
"God will stop you."

Each of these, your, statements are contradictions to your own faith.

You are JUDGING.
You are "belittling/name-calling" in a religious sense.
You are "giving" up on your fellow man.
You give up on trying to help him "see the light".
You are contradicting the idea that we have "free will" with statements such as, "God will stop you".

Not to mention, if God did stop Cowboy, your entire Christian religion would then become a total and complete lie. If he stopped Cowboy, God would be then nothing more than an ***hole.

He let things like the World Wars, Vietnam, poverty, persecution, the Holocaust, etc ALL happen; but Dammit ta hells if he's gonna let some Jesus look-alike belittle His name! The horror!!

And in all techincality, she was incorrect about Satan being God of this world. As mentioned above, "god" means authority. Satan has no authority over us, he can only tempt us, nothing more. We, the human race, has more or less been made the god(s) of this planet eg., given dominion over the world and the things that creep upon it.
