I'm just saying, it could have been a safety issue. You should watch that stossel episode. This has nothing to do with safety, its about protecting big business. You assume all of these imaginary aspects to try to support the claim that giving away water needs a permit. |

my son was fined for not stopping at a stop light no jail my mom was fined for driving without both tail lights working no jail warnings that arent heeded turn to fines, Ive never heard of a fine leading to imprisonment though I have, when someone doesn't pay the fine. |

i dont know about this case but they probably had venders selling
