Granted, but the tribble reproduced asexually, as did its offspring and all ensuing offspring, and soon your ship is overrun with tribbles. I wish I could wield a Bat'leth like Commander Worf.

Granted, but it's stuck on only one program, and you now have to endure live-action roleplay of "Dune" until you find someone to reprogram it. I wish spring weather would hurry up and get into full swing.

Granted, but now we spend some much time loving one another that when the radioactive aye-ayes from 55 Cancri e arrive, we're completed unprepared for the invasion. I wish I could upgrade my X-34 landspeeder to a XP-38.

Granted, but now he only uses extremely rare, difficult and obsolete words that are octosyllabic, and known only by him and a handful of chosen others. I wish I could learn the jedi mind trick.

I wish I could learn the jedi mind trick. Granted, but now everyone's looking for the wrong Droids. This is particularly problematic for those who have iPhones.
