God greived at those people's actions. God did not create those people's actions. doesn't matter why God grieved...it's the fact that he did grieve....normal humans nor Gods grieve at perfection.. God did not greive at his creation. He seen his creation to be good. He greived at the creations actions, which are not perfect. Again, we create our actions, not God. When we create actions that go against God, it makes him greive.
