Thinking i should call the R.S.P.C.A about someone. Trouble is, this is someone in my family who i live with. I'm just heartbroken that i'm the only one in this house, who fills up the pets water. And it's not even my pet. No-one else living here, seems to notice when their water supply is low. I felt triple anger about it lastnight. How can people forget their pets needs? Just.......grrrrrrr.

People who ignore their pets don't deserve them.However, they do deserve a kick in the face. They deserve some sort of punishment indeed. You are right, sir I don't like witnessing neglect. It really upsets me. How some people, they have so much, yet fail to remember the most important things right infront of their very eyes. Sorry to go off on a negative rant there. lol

Sorry to go off on a negative rant there. lol Ugh, I had to call the ASPCA on my neighbor once, for kicking around their dog, outside mind you. I'm also a firm believer even though some people might not agree with me, that if you can't even seem to feed, water, bathe, not beat, and even show a little attention to a pet you shouldn't have a child.
