Sacrifice? Hmmmnnnn.. I would go Santa Ria on it and sacrifice a bucket of fried chicken, a cigar and a glass of rum. Beyond that..I would just use innocent bystanders as shields.

...well, for me.... from what I have witnessed and from what I have tried to do... love is sacrificing everything.... Yeah it should come effortless...yet somehow, it means giving everything you have. on Earth...nothing comes for free....the good stuff takes work.

I do not consider the things I do for loved ones to be sacrifices. I rather consider myself honored. sacrifice implies something is being given up - I only see gain and that includes all loved ones - family - friends - and a man in a relationship with me would no doubt be in that category of "friends" best friend, I 'd think I know I'm weird

To me, you shouldn't have to sacrifice anything to love someone. What if that person asks you to sacrifice not being with friends or family? Would you seriously do it? How about the sacrifice of moving away from your state/province or country? How about the sacrifice of giving up a job, or a hobby you love for that person? Would you give up your kids for love? Where do you draw the line of sacrifice? I think love should be about mutual understanding and respect. That understanding should mean that the person doesn't have to sacrifice everything or everyone to be with you as that is just plain selfish of them. Whatever happened to compromise? Or has that been replaced with sacrifice?

Probably really deep stuff, and sometimes extreme things. If I end up in love with someone, then normally i fall VERY deep for them. Probably go so far as donating one of my kidneys or something, if they were suffering from an illness, and other such things. I would definetly not do that type of thing for anyone who happened to be a one night stand.
