Rand Paul should be removed from the Senate. Thinking he is above the law and trying to break the law. He is a a$$hat just like his dad.

Of all the senators and the crap their pulling.. your worried about this guy.

Unbelievable!!

He isn't breaking any law, he is objecting to an unjust law.
The apple doesn't fall far from the tree and we should be thankful there are some politicians who still want to preserve our freedoms.

Those who wish to sit back and justify your rights being taken away and buy into the terrorism game by living in fear, can just do so, I suppose. The rest of us will be out there fighting for you to.

but if he breaks the law, even if he considers it unjust,he still has to take the consequences of breaking it,like anyone would!
He is in the proper Body to repeal that Law,instead of Grandstanding!

Not when the laws invade a citizens rights and privileges. I don't like being touched at all or my space invaded by another, unless I give express permission. I think this comes from being abused. I wouldn't submit to it either, nor will I ever.

I've beenabused as well and I have no problem being searched to get on a plane or go in a business. It gives me peace of mind actually knowing I am safer for it.

So your one of the numb skulls willing to give up liberties for a false feeling of being safe. No wonder you hate Ron Paul!

liberty: the quality or state of being free:

when you pay for a service or product, you are no longer in a realm that has to do with your 'freedoms'

and therefore no longer relevant to ..'liberty'

You are NOT paying the government for a seat on a government plane.

You are paying for a seat on a private businesses plane.

You have entered into NO contract with the TSA.

How many planes have been blown up or hijacked around the world since 9-11?

I can think of 2 off the top of my head and they were both in Russia and they were both blown up by Chechen women..

You can walk into any airport... Walk up to the ticket counter.. Get your ticket.. walk to security... where there is going to be a huge mass of people standing in line and ..... POOF...

You don't even have to get on a plane..

The entire concept is flawed and to have to stand there and be a target while some old woman has to take off her diaper is a travesty..

It appears many haven't watched the video. He was not acting on an egotistical whim. He complied with all they asked, just simply refused a "pat down". When escorted from the secure area, he complied, did as was requested, and in the end was allowed to go thru the scanner "again' as was his request in the 1st place.... and no alarms on that pass tho nothing had changed.

He was questioning the reliability of the machines, not the TSA employees, he was questioning the protocol, not the rules.

People need to watch the video of the event and the interviews before passing judgement from a headline!

IF police really care, why does crime still happen?

IF doctors really care, why do people still get sick and die?

If teachers really care, why are students still graduating sub par?

If the media really cares, why dont they tell us about every event that happens at every moment at every place in the world?

IF they care about our safety, why do 'events' still happen?

ANSWER: nothing is absolute or perfect, and life happens,,,,

check reality and balance, leave tunnelvision at the door,,,,

I think you're the one that needs a reality check. Number one, the idea that life happens, is exactly why this crap is ridiculous, you CAN'T stop someone who is determined to do evil no matter what you do.

All stuff like this does is punish people who are doing nothing wrong. At what point does protection go too far? Where do you draw the line? You could justify removing our right to do just about anything on the grounds someone may abuse it or someone may be harmed by it. But that wouldn't be much of a life to me if you did that.

Number two, I don't think you understand. These security measures are applied so subjectively, to where the MORE suspicious people are allowed on no problem at all (by design), but yet those like the aforementioned cupcake girl are singled out. If you don't see the problem with that, you're just not paying attention.
